Maybe this note is long overdue but as you are aware we were really busy traveling for the past month or so!

When we first came to Toronto looking for a property our first objective was to find a property adviser that we could trust with good market knowledge. With you two gentlemen we got much more! All this was achieved as a result of your good understanding of our needs, preselecting and filtering a wide range of excellent properties for us to chose from within the limited time we had to visit the sites. Your assistance with finding the right financial institution and a suitable legal firm made our purchases as smooth as possible.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Al who from the beginning offered the most professional attitude and experience of having my townhouse sold for a record-breaking price in the area.  I had purchased a home from the builder with no upgrades which were going to negatively affect my property's overall presentation.  Al had suggested very specific upgrades that would drastically add value to the property and arranged everything with the servicemen to have the upgrades done in a head-spinningly short duration.   Once the upgrades were done, the entire home had a luxury appeal that I had only dreamed of.  It sold in a very short time! And the part I celebrated the most was the sale price which was a record-breaking amount despite having downward policy changes in the housing sector.

In this competitive and fast-paced real estate market, having an honest and hard-working agent can make all the difference.  I interviewed several top selling agents in my area, but when I had the pleasure of meeting Al, the differences were apparent.  Al has a strong sense of integrity which translates to his client with ease.  He presented me with a wealth of background information, which was based on factual data of the properties in my area.  This was a very thorough piece of research which was neatly presented in a binder.  He walked me through each property and explained the pros and cons of each.  This information, combined with Al's knowledge allowed me to comfortably decide on a listing price for my property.  I honestly felt that from that point I would only receive emails from Al about showings and such, but this was not the case.  Al communicated with me almost on a daily basis.  He was personally onsite and acted as a project manager for the professional staging that was required to the photos and marketing.  He was also present for every showing that took place.  This was very important to me as I did not like the idea of random potential buyers and agents roaming through my house. 

In a challenging buyer's market, my house from start to sale, was on the market for only 17 days, and sold for 98% of the asking price.
